Watching HDMI images
from other inputs
(HDMI VIDEO ASSIGN)
You can reassign an HDM] video input to
another input.

Press AMP and then press
MENU.
"I-LEVEL SET" appears on the disphty.

Press control button ¢/t
repeatedly to select "6-VIDEO
SET".
Press the control button or
control button * to enter the
menu.
Press control button €/_
repeatedly to select
"HDMI V. ASSIGN".
Press the control button or
control button * to enter the
parameter.
Press control button 4,1,!,
repeatedly to select the HDMI
video input you want to
reassign (for example, DVD).
Press the control button or
control button, to enter your
selection.
O Press control button 4,/,!,
repeatedly to select the input
you want the HDMI video input
selected in step 6 to be
reassigned to (for example,
VIDEO 1).
In this case, select "DVD-VIDEO 1".
When you press VIDEO 1, the image
from the component connected to the
VIDEO 1jacks will be a HDMI image.
The sound will he output from the TV
speaker. For details, see "Hooking up
components with HDMI jacks" (page 30).
The input you can reassign to varies for
each HDMI video input. For details, see
"Assignable inputs for HDMI video
input" below.

Notes
• You cannot reassign more than one HDMI vide()
input to the same input.
• You cannot use the HDMI video input as the
original input when it has been reassigned to
another input.
