If you connect a sub woofer
This receiver will generate a low frequency
signal for output to the sub woofer when there
is no LFE signal, which is a low-pass sound
effect outpnt from a sub woofer to a 2 channel
signal. However, the low frequency signal is
not generated for "NEO6 CINEMA" or
"NEO6 MUSIC" when all speakers are set to
"LARGE".
Notes
• This lunction does not work when MULTI CH IN
or ANALOG DIRECT is selected.
• DTS Neo:6 does not work for DTS 2CH audio, the
sound is played as 2 channeh
• Dolby Pro Logic Ilx decoding does notflmction lk)r
DTS format signals or lor signals with a sampling
frequm/cyof more than 48 kHz.
Tip
When a multi channel signal is input, only Dolby
Pro Logic llx decodingis elfcctive. When you select
decoding modes other than Dolby Pro Logic IIx,
multi chamml sound (beingencoded) is output.
Selecting a pre-
programmedsound field
You can take advantage of surround sound
simply by selecting one of the receiver's pre-
programmed sound fiekts. They bring the
exciting and powerfld sound of movie theaters
and concert halls into your home.
MUSIC
MOVIE
Press MOVIE repeatedly to select a
sound field for movies or press
MUSIC repeatedly to select a sound
field for music.
