Operation Operation Switching on/off, standby Use the [POWER] button to turn the device on and off. The device automatically switches to standby mode if you don't press any key or strike any connected pad for about 30 minutes. To turn the device on again, press [POWER] again. [PoF] appears on the display for a few seconds.

Hit the pad whose sound you want to edit. The corresponding indicator lights up. Use the adjustment wheel to select a sound or user sound.

Operation Setting the tempo Press [TEMPO] to open the Tempo menu. The display shows the current tempo. Change the tempo with the adjustment wheel. If you press and hold [TEMPO], the tempo of the current song is reset. Press a different menu button to exit the Tempo menu. If you do not press any button for 3 seconds, the previous menu is opened automatically.

Operation You can record up to 8,000 hits. As soon as the recording is full, the display shows “FUL” and the menu selection switches to the Song menu. Save the changes to the user kit before you start recording. Recordings can sound dif‐ ferent from the actual recordings if the user kits were not saved.
