5.3.2.3 Connecting battery control unit for communication with inverter
NOTICE
The battery control unit is designed to work on a close loop environment for communicating
with the inverter / PCS (check inverter compatibility list), for open loop type of applications
we do not ensure proper operation.
To ensure proper functionality of the battery control unit, the battery control unit must
communicate to the inverter through any of the supported protocols using a communication
cable.
The battery control unit will utilize the "CAN" Port to establish communication with the
inverter using the CAN communication protocol.
The battery control unit will utilize the "RS485" Port to establish communication with the
inverter using the RS485 communication protocol.
