RECIPES

Note: the standard purée amount for preparation with heating function is
900 ml. You can press "Volume" button to select 300 ml, 600 ml, 900 ml and
1200 ml. (You may choose different amounts according to personal needs and
reduce the corresponding ingredients according to the proportion).

15 grams of rice,
5 grams of oats,
5 g soy beans,
5 g dates (pitted),
5 g pine nuts,
5 g flaxseed
Soy milk
40 g dry soy beans
Walnut oat soy
20 g dry soy beans,
milk
10 g oat flakes,
10 g walnuts (about
2 walnuts)
Carrot juice
200 g carrots
Oat milk
18 g oat flakes,
12 g walnuts
Nut energy soup
20 g peanuts,
10 g walnuts,
10 g sticky rice
Preparation
Wash all the ingredients and put
them in the blender jug. Select
the "Grain Soup" function and
press the "Start/Stop" button.
Wait for the program to finish.
Wash all ingredients and place
in blender jug. Select the "Fast
Soymilk" or "Rich Soymilk"
function and press the "Start/
Stop" button. Wait for the
program to finish.
Wash all ingredients and place
in blender jug. Select the "Fast
Soymilk" or "Rich Soymilk"
function and press the "Start/
Stop" button. Wait for the
program to finish.
Wash the carrots and cut them
into 1.5 cm pieces and place in
the blender jug. Add 300 ml milk.
Select the "Juice" function and
press the "Start/Stop" button.
Wait for the program to finish.
Wash all the ingredients and put
them in the blender jug. Select
the "Grain Soup" function and
press the "Start/Stop" button.
Wait for the program to finish.
Wash all the ingredients and put
them in the blender jug. Select
the "Nuts dew" function and
press the "Start/Stop" button.
