TROUBLESHOOTING

If an alarm sounds and letters and numbers appear on the display during use,
please follow the instructions in the table below.

Possible solution
Insert the blender jar and check to
see if the jar or base is damaged. If
the device base is damaged, do the
following:
• Allow the water residue inside
the device to dry naturally to
avoid water damage.
• If the error cannot be rectified,
contact a specialist company for
inspection and repair.
• Overheating the ingredients
can cause them to stick to the
bottom of the container and
can trigger a high temperature
alarm. Clean the food residue
from the blender jug and use
the recommended amount of
ingredients next time.

avoid water damage.
