7 FAULT DIAGNOSTICS
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Wrong type of detergent used
Incorrect amount of detergent.
Too much egg in the wash load.
Rinse aid setting too high.
Rinse aid dispenser plug not
closed properly
Drain hose disconnected from
waste pipe
Water inlet hose not properly
connected.
Other leaks
Childlock feature is turned on.
Closed drawer auto lock is on.
power outage in the area.
a fault has occurred
dishwash is in pause mode
Power supply is not connected
the drawer is not closed
properly
keylock feature is on
Start/Pause button not pressed
Dishwasher is in showroom
mode
This is normal, the drying fan
stays on for a set period of time
after the program has finished
to aid with drying.
WHAT TO DO
Ensure the customer is only using detergents designed
for automatic dishwashers.
Ensure the customer is following the directions in the
user guide for detergent quantities.
Increase the amount of detergent being used.
Decrease the rinse aid setting.
Ensure that the rinse aid plug is closed tight, with it's
hand grip pointing vertically.
Check the drian hose for fitment and ensure it is not
leaking.
Ensure the inlet hose is correctly fitted to the tap/ or is
not leaking at the valve connection.
Ensure the customer has used the correct dishwashing
detergent.
Check for lid sealing and lid actuator operation.
Check for leaks around the heater plate or motor seals.
Check the rinse aid plug is closed tight, with the hand
grip pointing vertically.
Turn the child lock off
Press any button to power on, ask customer if they need
this feature enabled, turn off if not required.
Once power resumes, the cycle will restart in the same
wash program.
Refer to section 7.2 for full fault code references.
Close the dishwasher and press the Start/Pause button
to resume the program.
Check electrical supply to the product.
Check the drawer is closing, check the tub latches are
not holding the drawer open.
Turn keylock feature off and test
Press the Start/Pause to start the program.
Get into diagnostics and turn off showroom mode.
No action required.
