Make sure the pump cover is screwed into the device

until it stops. The handle of the pump cover must be
vertical.
Detergent dosage is too high.
Immediate measure: Mix a tablespoon of fabric

softener with 0.5 liters of water and fill the mixture
into chamber II (not for outdoor, sportswear and
down textiles).
The next time you wash the same load, reduce the

amount of detergent.
Drain pump is clogged.

Unbalance control system stopped spinning due to
uneven distribution of laundry.
Redistribute the laundry in the drum.

A notice:If possible, place large and small items of
laundry together in the drum. Different sized items of
laundry are distributed better when spinning.
Water pressure is low. No
fix possible.
Filters in the water inlet are blocked.
Clean the sieves in the water inlet.

Faucet is closed.
Open the faucet.
▶
Water inlet hose is kinked or pinched.
Make sure the water inlet hose is not kinked or

pinched.
Water level measuring system defective.
A notice:With the error message, the device starts
a pumping process.
First wait approx. 5 minutes until the pumping

process has finished.
To reset the error message, switch off the device.

Switch the device on again.
