4.1 - Initial set-up with MyNice (Android) technology
To run the procedure, the person must be near the IT4WIFI device, led L3 must be lit steady green and led L2 flashing green. Should this not be the case,
run the Reset procedure (Chapter 5). Moreover, ensure that the smartphone is connected to a Wi-Fi network that supports the Bonjour service.

01. Open the
"MyNice" app
and select CON-
FIGURE button
if no automation
are configured or
press the + button
otherwise.
02. Select add an
"Automation" and
then "Add via Wi-
Fi".
On next view
select "Add IT-
4WIFI".
03. Select "Add new", unless your
accessory is already listed from
network available device, because
Wi-Fi was already configured and
tap CONTINUE.
04. Enter accessory
MAC address (last
6 digits as high-
lighted), printed on
product label, and
tap CONTINUE.
Enter setup code
(8 numbers inside
rectangle), printed
on product label,
and tap CON-
TINUE.
05. Enter the password of the network
to which the accessory must be
connected.
That network name is shown in the
app view. If different, please con-
nect smartphone on correct Wi-Fi
network and app will update the
network name.
It is important to carefully check
that the password have been en-
tered correctly.
After selecting the CONTINUE on
the bottom right-hand side, wait
roughly 2 minutes for the proce-
dure to terminate.
06. Enter automation name and select
its environment or room.
If environment is not yet defined,
you can change it later.
Save automation with "Save" but-
ton.
07. Now you can con-
trol your automa-
tion from dash-
board with a short
tap or entering
in commands list
with long tap.
From settings you
can change ac-
cessory settings
and remove auto-
mation.
If the procedure described does not terminate
successfully, check that the requirements indicated
at the beginning of the manual are satisfied, run the
IT4WIFI reset procedure using the P button (Chapter
5) then try again.
