Table – frying times
This table provides details of the temperatures at which specifi c foods must be
fried and how much frying time is required for them. Should these details diff er
from those shown on the food packaging, please observe the instructions given
on the packaging.

NOTE
It is possible that there will be minor variations in the temperatures. The
values given in the table are intended as aids for guidance. They refer to
a volume of approx. 300 grams. The times can vary, depending on the
properties of the foods.
Do not fi ll the frying basket 3 up to more than the max. fi ll level marking
on the inside of the frying basket 3.
When cooking large amounts, ensure that the food is completely covered
by the fat/oil when the frying basket 3 is lowered.
