TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE

Problem Possible reasons
Vacuuming Check if the box vacuum valve
process doesn't has been loosened or not
stop completely pressed down
before you start vacuuming
Check if there is too much food
in the bag so that the bag isn't
zipped properly
Check if there is too much food
in the box so that the vacuum
valve is not well positioned
Check if the bag has any hole
so that air is leaking
Check if the bag zipper or
box vacuum valve has any
food debris, oil stains or liquid
trapped causing air leakage
Check if the packed food in the
bag has sharp edges
Check if the product tip is firmly
pressed on the bag/ glass box
Check if the removable tank is
in tight contact with the upper
product body

Possible solutions
Press the box valve completely
downwards, try again.
Take out some food and clean the
bag/box edge, try again.
Use a new bag and try again.
Clean the bag/box edges, the bag zipper or
the box vacuum valve and try again.
Place something (that is food compatible) to
cover the sharp edges in the bag
Press the product tip firmly on the bag/glass
box to secure no air leakage at the contact
point.
Close firmly the removable tank on the upper
device body to avoid air leakage.

Possible solutions
Ingredients that usually perish quickly should
be stored in fridge or freezer after vacuum to
keep them fresh longer. But vacuum packing
them doesn't guarantee that they won't
spoil. Check them regularly. Vacuum packing
with this appliance is usually ideal for the
week, with a fridge storage.
Not all fresh fruits, vegetables and seeds
can be stored at room temperature after
vacuum packing them. There can be a
natural reaction, with ingredients natural
"breathing". It's recommended to store
them in the fridge and check their condition
regularly.
There are 4 green light indicators to show
the battery level. Please recharge the battery
with the provided USB cable and plug
adaptor when only 1 green light is on.
