WARNING
• Raw meat and fish are not recommended for vacuum use with this appliance as they are sensitive
ingredients that could lead to illness if not properly handled or stored. It's better to respect their
use-by date and consume them quickly after purchase.
• Vacuum packaging is not a substitute for refrigeration or freezing. Any perishable foods that
require refrigeration must still be refrigerated or frozen after vacuum packaging.
• To avoid possible illness, do not reuse bags after storing greasy foods.
• Use fresh, perishable foods soon after purchase. Even under proper storage conditions, foods lose
freshness and nutritive value if they are stored too long.
• IMPORTANT: Soft cheeses should never be vacuum packaged.
Hard cheeses: to keep cheese fresh, vacuum package it after each use.
• IMPORTANT: Never heat anything in airtight sealed containers using a microwave oven, the
pressure inside the containers may increase and cause damage when opening or may explode.
Microwave reheating with the glass box must be done with the lid removed.
BEFORE FIRST USE
• Clean the glass box with a sponge and soapy water or in the dishwasher – fig. 1.
• Clean the box lid with a sponge and soapy water only, the lid is not dishwasher-safe - fig. 2.
• Before using the appliance for the first time, please charge it for at least 3 hours – fig. 3.

USING THE APPLIANCE

• Removable tank should always be in place. Do not operate the device without this part.
• For powdery or fine-grained food, place a coffee filter or paper towel on top of the food beneath valve
before vacuum packaging.
Using bags:
• Place the food inside the bag. Leave at least 2 cm between the bag vacuum valve and the food and make
sure no food is trapped in the bag zipper to avoid air leaks - fig. 4.
• Lay the bag flat, with the blue valve facing upwards. Close the zipper (make sure it's perfectly closed) -
fig. 5. Place the product tip above the bag valve – fig. 6.
• Press firmly the appliance on the bag valve and press the Vacuum button to trigger vacuum. Product stops
automatically when vacuum is reached – fig. 7.
• Store your bag in the fridge or cupboard. Do not store your bags in the freezer – fig. 8. Place in the
cupboard only ingredients that don't normally need cool temperatures to stay fresh.
• To use your food, open the zipper of the bag to remove the air – fig. 9.
Note :
• There can be condensation in the bag after a while. Some ingredients «breathe» inside the bag,
it doesn't mean they are not fresh anymore. If any doubt about an ingredient freshness, remove it
from the bag. Don't keep your ingredients in the fridge for too long, the storage is usually ideal for
the week. Keep an eye regularly on the food you stored to be sure it stays fresh.
• Do not use bags to vacuum seal liquids (soups, sauces etc.). To store liquids, rather use the box.

• Should liquid be collected in the tank, stop vacuuming and remove the tank to empty and clean it.
Using a box:
• Place your food inside the box. For proper vacuum, leave at least 2 cm gap between the food and the
lid (the food should not move the valve upwards) – fig. 10. Close the lid with two hands, make sure it's
perfectly closed– fig. 11.
• Check the vacuum valve is correctly closed on the lid: press this valve downwards to avoid air leaks - fig. 12.
• Place the product tip above the box valve – fig. 13.
• Press firmly the appliance on the box valve and press on the vacuum button to trigger vacuum – fig. 14.
Product stops automatically when vacuum is reached. The transparent air valve on the side pops in. The
transparent valve shows the status of "air tightness" of the box, it goes down when the air is vacuumed,
and goes up when the air is coming in.
• Select the date and month on the lid using the index on the 2 selector rings - fig. 15.
• Store your box in the fridge, cupboard or freezer - fig. 16. Store in the cupboard only ingredients that
don't normally need to be stored at cool temperatures to stay fresh.
• To open your box, lift the box vacuum valve to remove the air, then open the box lid carefully – fig. 17.
Note :

REHEATING FOOD
• It is not allowed to reheat the bag in a microwave oven or oven. Pour the food from the bag
in a pan, pot or another suitable box – fig. 18.
• You can reheat food in the glass box in the microwave, but remove the lid before placing the
box in the microwave. The lid is not microwave-safe - fig. 19.
• The bags are not suitable for cooking or sous-vide cooking.
RECHARGING
The appliance is rechargeable with the adaptor + USB cable included in kit. It is fully charged
in approximately 3 hours.
There are 4 LED indicators :
• When the unit is fully charged, the 4 green lights are "ON"
• When the unit is running out of battery, only 1 green light is "ON".
Plug the product with the USB cable and adaptor provided – fig. 3. When the unit is charging,
the green light blinks.
CLEANING
• Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• Remove the removable tank from the appliance - fig. 20.
• Clean the removable tank with a sponge and soapy water – fig. 21. Dry it before placing it
again - fig. 22-23. Please clean the tank regularly to keep it in a hygienic condition and
optimize the vacuum effect. we recommend to clean it after each use.
• Bags are re-usable but are not dishwasher-safe. Clean them with a sponge and let them dry
thoroughly before using them again – fig. 24. Make sure the zipper is clean before vacuuming again.
Do not re-use the bags after storing raw meat, raw fish or greasy foods.
• The glass box is dishwasher-safe, except the lid. Remove the lid from the box before washing
the box in the dishwasher – fig. 25. Clean the box lid with a sponge and soapy water - fig. 26.
• Never remove the transparent air valve on the box.
