Display shows E0. Opener does not work.

Troubleshooting cont.

Low voltage warning.
No signal is recognized at the main hall sensor.
No signal is detected on the sub-hall sen-
sor.
The count of the sub-hall sensor is faster than
the count of the main hall sensor.
1. Wicket (pass) door is open.
2. Terminal block is not inserted.
3. Terminal block inserted correctly.
Obstacle in the door closing area.
Opener overheated.

1. Check the power supply to which the
motor is connected.
1. Check the connection between the main
hall sensor and the PCBA.
2. Call or write to your Schartec retailer for
additional assistance.
1. Check the connection between the sub-
hall sensor and the PCBA.
2. Call or write to your Schartec retailer for
additional assistance.
Learn the end positions again.
1. Close the wicket (pass) door.
2. Plug the terminal block back in. Can possi-
bly come loose during transport.
3. A bridge between GND and Door has
been removed and needs to be replaced.
Check and remove obstacle.
1. Remove the opener from the power
supply.
2. Contact your Schartec retailer.
