Precondition
Between the rails and the door a distance of 30 mm and maximum 400 mm is necessary to mount the opener correctly.
Assembling the rail
1. Cut the cable tie at the first rail part. Fig. 2
2. Pull the belt with the pulley out of the first rail section. Fig. 3
3. Push the pulley with the toothed belt into the second rail section. Then join the two rail sections with the connector. Fig. 4
4. Pass the threaded rod through the hole and guide the spring, washer and nut onto the threaded rod as shown below. Before you tight-
en the nut now, check again if the belt is centered on the idlers. Tighten the nut until the spring is almost fully compressed as shown in
Figure 5. The rail is now fully assembled. Fig. 5
