5. Controls
WARNING!
Do not operate the machine until you are
thoroughly familiar with the position and function
of the various controls. Read the operator's
manual thoroughly. Your safety is involved!

5.1 Emergency Stop Button

IMPORTANT! Only use the emergency stop button in an
emergency. Frequent use of the emergency stop button can
damage the machine.
An emergency stop button (commonly called an E-stop) is
located on the front of the chipper hopper.
In the event of an emergency, press the emergency stop button
to immediately stop the machine. The button stays on (pressed)
until it is reset.
The emergency stop button has two states:
Off
The emergency stop is off. The machine can operate.
On
The emergency stop is on (the button is pressed). The
machine cannot operate.
To reset (turn off) the emergency stop button, turn the
button clockwise and pull.

IMPORTANT! For complete information about the engine
