5 – GOING UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS :
To climb a ladder, once the chair is tilted backwards by a person
holding the chair by the handles, the rear wheels rest on the steps. The
second person must hold a fixed part of the front area of the frame,
lift the seat and hold it until the first person stands on the next step
and so on.
Do not release the chair until you have reached the last step and
moved away from the ladder.
6 -USING AN ELEVATOR LIFT :
Automatic door closing can cause hand injuries !
Practical : For the safety of your wheelchair, in and out of the house,
you need to be confident in the main manoeuvres, such as pushing, braking, going back and forth on flat surfaces (can be
done with the help of an assistant). Avoid slopes, uneven surfaces and similar situations in the first place.
Crossing narrow steps: When driving through narrow spaces, such as building entrances, doors, etc... Watch out for elbows. -
Danger of injury!
7 – TRANSPORT OF THE CHAIR
1.
Remove the footrests.
2.
Remove the armrests.
3.
Remove the wheels in case they take a quick release.
4.
Hold the chair by pulling the handles on the sides of the seat until the chair is completely folded.
5.
Put it in a car.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Failure to care for and monitor your product may result in the risk of serious injury.
Clean the product regularly with warm water and a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive products, detergents or solvents.
Dry with a clean, dry soft cloth.
Make sure there is no accumulation of dirt or debris around the axle, brakes or wheels.
Do not use cleaning products containing phenol or chlorine, as this could damage aluminium and polyamide materi-
als.
Lubricate the wheels with a little oil if they squeak.
Periodically check the wear and strength of all screws and bolts. Replace all broken, damaged or worn parts im-
mediately.
Check that the brakes are working before each use.Check the brakes by pushing the handles into the locked posi-
tion, then trying to push the product.
Check the upholstery has no cuts, is not torn or heavily used. Replace if necessary.
If there is a malfunction, do not repair the product yourself. Consult an authorized dealer.
