Power steps of the immersion heater
The table(s) displays the total phase current for the immer-
sion heater.
In addition to this, there is the current for compressor oper-
ation.

When the current sensors are connected, S1256PC monitors
the phase currents and allocates the power steps automat-
ically to the least loaded phase.
NOTE
If the current sensors are not connected, S1256PC
calculates how high the currents will be if the rel-
evant power steps are added. If the currents are
higher than the set fuse size, the power step is not
allowed to cut in.

EMERGENCY MODE
Emergency mode is used in event of operational interference
and in conjunction with service.
When S1256PC is put into emergency mode, the system
works as follows:
The compressor is blocked.
S1256PC prioritises heating production.
Hot water is produced if possible.
The load monitor is not active.
Max output for the immersion heater in emergency mode,
limited according to the setting in menu 7.1.8.2 - "Emer-
gency mode".
Fixed supply temperature if the system has no value from
the outdoor temperature sensor (BT1).
When the emergency mode is active, the status lamp is yel-
low.
You can activate the emergency mode both when S1256PC
is running and when it is switched off.
To activate when S1256PC is running: press and hold the
on/off button (SF1) for 2 seconds and select "emergency
mode" from the shutdown menu.
To activate emergency mode when S1256PC is switched
off: press and hold the on/off button (SF1) for 5 seconds.
(Deactivate the emergency mode by pressing once.)
