Carry strap

Securing the carry strap
A carry strap with attachment is optionally available. To attach the holder, replace the
screwed-on belt clip by the carrying strap attachment. Carry straps are optionally
available.

USB and external charging socket

Mini USB connection
There is a mini USB socket (2.0) in the bottom right-hand corner. You can use it as a
connection socket for a USB charging unit, to recharge the phone for example. How-
ever the charging process is slower than when the phone is charged in the charging
unit.
Use a screened USB cable only.
The opening of the USB connection is closed with a captive cover. If the USB cable is
not in use, please close the opening so the phone can be used in accordance with its
protection class.
Remove the cover by pulling it at the top edge of the housing. Never pull it at the bot-
tom edge!
