TROUBLESHOOTING

SOLUTION
Ensure the door is properly closed
Ensure power supply is correctly connected
Refer to Delay Start section in this manual to reset
Refer to Child Lock section in this manual to deactivate
This is normal
Add rinse aid
Ensure dishwasher is connected to the hot water supply
When heavy soil is detected, the Auto and Normal
cycles will automatically increase the cycle time
When Sanitize option is selected, the cycle time will
increase to meet the sanitize temperature requirement
Use dishwasher when the water pressure is normal
Ensure the dishwasher is connected to the hot water
supply
Avoid using the dishwasher when hot water is being
used elsewhere in the house
Refer to the Loading sections in this manual to reload
Using fresh detergent, add the correct amount
depending on the water hardness and the selected cycle
Choose another cycle for longer washing time
Ensure the spray arms can rotate fully
Fill Rinse Aid Dispenser or increase the amount of
rinse aid
Refer to the Loading sections in this manual to reload
Select a cycle with drying
For extremely hard water, install a water softener
Refer to the Loading sections in this manual to reload
Use fresh rinse aid
Fill Rinse Aid Dispenser
Use less detergent
Lower the inlet water temperature
Use fresh detergent
Ensure the spray arms can rotate fully
Refer to the Dispenser sections in this manual to close
Select the proper cycle as indicated by the manual
