Setting Lockout On A Car

Select the car

Set Lockout
This setting determines whether the scanner will scan this
car when it is enabled. Select your setting, then press E.
Lockout - the car is not scanned.
Unlocked - the car is scanned.
Note: The default setting is Unlocked.

The scanner creates an empty conventional system, with
a default name of System nnn
as you add new systems. C indicates that this is a
conventional system.
