Troubleshooting

If you have a problem with your appliance, check the troubleshooting table below
to try and rectify your problem before calling your product support service centre.

Solution
Move the control knob In a
clockwise direction and select
the desired function
Ensure isolation switch is on
and check the consumer unit has
not tripped out
