Collet chuck

1. Description
This precision collet chuck is designed for clamping shank tools with a cylindrical shank
up to a tolerance class H8. The base body and clamping nut are made of stainless steel
and are therefore permanently corrosion-resistant against the effects of moisture and
hand perspiration.
Due to the design of the clamping nut with trapezoidal thread and ball bearing slide ring in
combination with the slim taper angle of the OZ collets of 2°52', very high clamping forces
are transmitted to the tool. In addition, the slim design allows better accessibility when
machining angled workpieces.
