5.14 Replacing the Cab Filter

Every 500 hours
To ensure that the system works correctly and to remain within the conditions of the warranty, use the original spare
parts recommended by an Authorized Kohler Distributor/Dealer.
Step
Description
Make sure the heating an cooling system has come fully to a hault. Also make sure the vehicle is on a level surface

and is at a complete rest.
Loosen and remove the 8 self-threading screws (A) holding the four sides of the cover ( Fig. 39 ).

Temporarily disconnect the internal cable.
Remove the evaporator plastic cover (B).

Loosen and remove the 4 self-threading screws (C) holding the filter ( Fig. 40 ).

Remove and replace the filter (D) ( Fig. 41 ).

Return the 4 self-threading screws (C) to fasten the filter (D).

Reconnect the internal cable.
Put the evaporator plastic cover (B) back in place and fasten it with the 8 self-threading screws (A).
