Fluorocarbon coolant: R-134a - ( TETRAFLUORETHANE ).
Compressor oil: PAG 46 or alternatively SP 10 or SP 20
Refrigerant (R134a) in liquefied or
gas form. Can cause severe injury
or death.
Avoid inhalation or skin contact. Only a
qualified, EPA -certified technician should
perform service on refrigerant systems.
The 3APU- HC system uses an alternator that is able to supply enough energy to guarantee
the functions mentioned under Section 2.2 Heating and Cooling System.
In the event that the vehicle remains inactive for long periods of time, and furthermore, if the
system's battery charging function is deactivated, if the battery charge level falls below 10.5
Volts (minimum threshold for the 3APU- HC system to operate), the system will not be able to
start.
