To lock the Tutti:
1. Press and HOLD the TUrrI piston for approximately five seconds. The display will
read "TUTTI UNLOCKED."
2. While HOLDING the TUrrI piston, tum the SELECT knob until the display reads
"TUrrI LOCKED."
3. Release the TUrrI piston. The TUrrI is now locked.
