Only food which doesn't have an assistance programme is listed. For a complete
list of the assistance programmes, see "Operation – Assistant".
The temperatures given in the charts are guidelines only. We recommend selecting
the lower temperature initially. You can cook for longer if necessary. The count-on
timer only begins when the set temperature is reached.
