Rechargeable Battery Pack

The rechargeable battery pack (supplied) can operate the DD-
10EX up to 1.2 hours on a charge. Before you use it, make sure
the AC power adaptor is unplugged from the player and the AC
outlet. When the player starts up, it will then use the power from
the battery pack.
When is recharging required?
A newly bought battery pack must be charged before use. You
also need to recharge it when you see the CJ mark appearing on
the display.
The following describes how to insert and charge the battery
pack.

1 Slide to remove the battery compartment cover.
2 Move the BP-2EX switch to the left to flip out the
rechargeable battery terminal.
