Recommendations for use
IMPORTANT
All cooking operations must be carried out by making sure that there is always a suitable level of
water inside tank .
WARNING
Do not put the food directly in the cooking tank but use the suitable baskets .
- When food is ready, lift basket so as to drain all water, slightly shake it and lay the cooked food inside a
suitably-sized container or dish.

What to do in the event of long periods of inactivity
If the appliance is not to be used for a certain period of time, it is necessary to:
- close the gas cut-off tap;
- clean and dry the alliance;
- after cleaning and drying the appliance, protect it with a film of a suitable product (for example, Vaseline
oil spray or a similar product);
