Burner start and turning off

The burner is controlled by a tap with a built-in safety valve.
4 .4 .1
Pilot burner ignition
- Make sure that there is enough water inside the cooking tank.
- Push knob (B) and turn it counter-clockwise from position position to the (Pilot)
- Wait for a few seconds to allow the air in the gas tube to be expelled.
- Press the piezoelectric ignition switch (C)
10 seconds in order to allow the safety thermocouple to heat up sufficiently, then release it.

Burner ignition
- Turn the knob (B) to the desired temperature (see Tab. 2 Water temperature values).
IMPORTANT
If, after releasing the knob, the pilot flame should go out, repeat the operation.
IMPORTANT
If, due to any kind of failure, the electric ignition switch does not spark, it is possible to light the
appliance manually. Open the door and keeping the knob pressed down, place a small flame
alongside the pilot burner .
