First use

Clean the appliance thoroughly when using it for the first time.
Remove all packaging and clean the appliance using hot water and a sponge. Stainless steel parts must
be cleaned with a non-abrasive detergent specifically designed for cleaning such surfaces. (see par. Useful
tips for stainless steel care on page 28 ).
After cleaning the appliance, rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a cloth.
Do not use water jets to clean the appliance.
WARNING
It is strictly forbidden to start the appliance without water in the cooking tank; make sure that
during appliance operation there is ALWAYS water inside the cooking tank .
