Materials:
Firewood and wax-soaked wood shavings
or wood chips.
Never use fire accelerants (e.g. petroleum
or similar) for lighting - risk of burns.
In addition to these highly flammable ma-
terials, add middle sized and large pieces
of firewood, observing the rule of thumb:
"From fine to coarse, from soft to hard"
It is important to ensure that the fire
spreads slowly across a large area of the
grate and that there is a controlled burn
off for the entire duration of the burn.
