Recording a Title Over a Blue, Green, or Pink Background — Timer Title

Timer title is recorded for approximately 3 seconds at the
beginning of each recording.
20 seconds before the timer recording starts, the power is
automatically turned on and a title such as the one above
is recorded for approximately 3 seconds. After that, the
VCR enters the recording pause mode and it will start
recording at the set time.

This function makes it easier to search for a certain
program on a tape on which many programs have been
recorded.
1 Press MENU.
Main MENU will appear.
2 Move cursor to MODE SET.
3 Press EXECUTE.
MODE SET display will appear.
4 Move cursor to TIMER REC-REW.
5 Select ON.
6 Press EXECUTE to return to the original screen.

To rewind the tape automatically to the recording start point after timer recording is over
Use A and ¥ to move cusor.
Use » and < to select items.
If you do not want a title recorded
1 Press MENU.
Main MENU will appear.
2 Move cursor to MODE SET.
3 Press EXECUTE.
MODE SET display will appear.
4 Move cursor to TIMER TITLE.
5 Select OFF.
6 Press EXECUTE to return to the original screen.
Notes
elf other timer recording remain in the memory after
a timer recording is completed, TIMER REC-REW
cannot be activated.
elf the tape comes to its end during timer recording,
the tape will be rewound to the recording start
point and the power will be turned off.
