Notes for using Linux OS
Please use device name of LOM/Option NIC, which recognized automatically by OS.
Please do not change or fix the option NIC device name that based on PCI address when customizing udev
rule. In addition, please do not use storage device name including PCI address that is located on
/dev/disk/by-path/.
Please do not change the CPU configuration and add/remove cards into/from the PCI slot when using a
device name based on the PCI address. Changes of PCI bus address information have an influence on the
name of a device connected via PCI. As a result, access to network or storage may become impossible,
and the system may not start normally.
