◊ Do not place metal objects in the area of the charging contacts on
the charger.

BATTERY:
◊ Improper use of the battery or the use of damaged batteries can
cause vapor leaking to occur, leave the working area, if inside go

◊ FIRE HAZARD! Never charge batteries near acids and flammable
materials.
◊ Charge the battery only in temperatures between 0°C to 40°C. Once
charged, leave to cool down.

ASSEMBLY
Please check the product contents immediately after receipt for any
eventual transport damage or missing parts. Claims from transport
damage or missing parts must be placed immediately after initial machine
receipt and unpacking before putting the machine into operation. Please
understand that later claims cannot be accepted.
NOTICE
Don't fully tighten all screws until assembly is complete.
Assembly-steps
Step 1. Assemble the left (3) and right handle (4) to the frame (2) using one
screw (S) and nut (M) each.
Step 2. Assemble the support (5) to the handles (3,4) using screws (S)
and nut (M).
Step 3. Assemble one support wheel (8) to each handle (3,4) using screws
(S) and nut (M).
Step 4. Mount the motor wheel (1) with 2 nuts (M) on the support frame (2).
Note: The wheel must be assembled so that the cable is placed on the
right side (R).
Step 5. Assemble the battery box (6) to the frame (2) and support (5) using
screws (S) and nut (M).
Step 6. Assemble the 3 wires to the battery box.
Step 7. Assemble the tray (7) using 4 screws.
Step 8. Fix the tray with 2 screws on the handles.
Step 9. Assemble the front support (11) with screws (S, S1) and nuts on
the tray and frame.
Step 10. Assembly of wheel barrow completed.

WARNING
Only nut #1 is allowed to be turned in order to fasten or unfasten the plug,
nut #2 is prohibited to be turned otherwise for professional repair.
OPERATION
The machine must be operated in a perfect state only. Inspect the
machine visually every time it is to be used. Check in particular the safety
equipment, electrical controls, electric cables and screwed connection
for damage and if tightened properly. Replace any damaged parts before
operating the device.
Operation instructions
WARNING
Unplug battery before all maintenance and settings!
NOTICE
Never remove the battery while the machine is running
In case of longer standstill, press the shut-down button
Use the electric motor only with sufficient battery charge
Operation
Start electrical support
1. Press the button on the battery box to "1: =ON(#7b)".
2. Thumb Switch #1:
Turn the lever anti-clock wisely with thumb. The further the control
lever is pressed down the stronger the support.
3. Press the Direction switch #2 to change the direction
"L1 light on-green" = "go backwards"
"L2 light on-green" = "go forward"
4. Press Brake switch #3 to activate or deactivate EBS
"L3 light is on-green" = no brake or BAS on when thumb switch is
not pressed.
"L3 light is on-red" = EBS is activated, 100% brake power.
5. Press Speed switch #4
"L4 light is on-green" = ECO model, half speed of Turbo type, the
battery may last longer time.
"L5 light is on-green" =Turbo model with bigger drive force.
Electronic Brake System:
This wheelbarrow is equipped with electronic brake EBS/BAS
BAS ON
The BAS will work only when
◊ Button on the battery box is "1: =ON".
◊ Thumb switch #1 is at its original position, no
acceleration.
EBS ON
The EBS will work only when
◊ Button on the battery box is "1: =ON".
◊ Brake switch #3 at "1" position.
NOTICE
◊ When EBS is ON, the wheelbarrow will be stopped completely. Even if
the thumb switch is pressed, the wheelbarrow will not move.
◊ When BAS is on, the wheelbarrow will be stopped on the flat ground,
however if on a downward slope it may move slowly.
◊ BAS will not affect the battery power, however EBS will. It is
recommended to use BAS most of the time.
◊ The two above brake systems will provide convenience and safety
while the wheelbarrow is on the slope or dumping the goods.
Charger
Charger is integrated in the battery system
Charging the battery:
◊ Connect the charger to the power supply (AC outlet) 230 V / 50 Hz
and the charger plug.
