Configuring VoIP connections

You can also enter VoIP access data and the assignment of the VoIP connection as an outgoing

and incoming connection (steps

Open the web browser on your PC.

Enter the URL www.gigaset-config.com into the address field of your web browser and

press the return key.

You will be connected to the web configurator of your base. For registration using the web

configurator, you will need the system PIN of the telephone (factory setting: 0000).

Prerequisite for the following steps:

In order to be able to make calls to any participants over the Internet, fixed network and mobile

network using VoIP, you require a VoIP account.

Set up a VoIP account with a VoIP service provider.

Keep the VoIP account data that you have received from your VoIP provider available.

Your registration name (login ID), your password and (depending on your provider) a user

name (often your VoIP telephone number).

Your personal auto-configuration code (activation code) if your provider supports

"automatic configuration".
