State 11
Display Errors/Return to Ready — the final state of a weld
cycle. In this state all alarms that occurred during the cycle
will be displayed in turn on the NUMERIC DISPLAY.
If the alarm latch feature is activated and there are latchable alarms, then
you must press RESET before the welder will return to the READY state.
However, if there are latching alarms, or hardware alarms, the READY
state will not be reached. For further information on alarms and error
messages, refer to Section 4.6.2 "Weld Cycle Alarms and Error Messages"
and to Section 4.6.3 "Clearing Weld Cycle Alarms."
Once the alarms have been cleared, or if no errors were detected, the
welder returns to the READY state.
4.6.2 Weld Cycle Alarms and Error Messages
Once a weld cycle ends, the NUMERIC DISPLAY shows in an error code
format any error messages generated. In addition, error messages are
displayed whenever a parameter selection switch is pressed while there
are active alarms. (For further information, refer to Section 4.6.3 "Clearing
Weld Cycle Alarms.")
