This adjustment is only done when repairing the SSG IC and peripherals that require adjustment.
In most cases, you can go directly to step 2. "Adjusting the Deflection System".
:
Turn the C11. (SC FREQ.) trimmer. to obtain
a frequency counter reading of 4.433619 MHz
+7 Hz.
(Note)
Take care not to short-circuit any of
the IC terminals.
Turn the core of the T441 (fh OSC) to obtain
a DC voltmeter reading of 25 V+0.5V..
