Frequently Asked Questions
■ If the following situations occur while using the dishwasher, please check and handle as follows.
Symptoms
● Did you add detergent or did you use a non-dishwasher detergent?
→ Please add an appropriate amount of dishwasher detergent (page EN9)
● Did the cutlery touch the nozzles, so that the nozzles did not rotate, hence
affecting the cleaning performance?
● Were the items placed properly (Did the items overlap or face the wrong
direction)? (pages EN6 - EN8)

Error Indication
■ When the following alerts appear on the display of the dishwasher (and the buzzer sounds out simultaneously),
please check and resolve as follows. If the problem cannot be solved, please contact Service Centre.
