  • Page 18 STEP 4—VERIFY SEAT ADJUSTMENT FUNCTIONS AS INTENDED 1. Push down on the adjustment handle to unlock the range of motion. 2. Grip the seat handles when performing the exercise. 3. When you are done, pull up on the adjustment handle to one of the locked positions. IMPORTANT! Verify the machine rests in place when set at each LOCK position.
