You can unlock a Schlage BE365 lock from the outside by following these steps:
1. Press the Schlage button to illuminate the keypad if needed.
2. Enter a valid User Code on the keypad.
3. Rotate the thumbturn toward the hinges to retract the deadbolt.
If you do not have a valid User Code, you can use the key override feature by inserting the key into the cylinder and turning it to unlock the door.
