GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
1. Never zigzag between other vehicles and do not perform any maneuvers that could
surprise other road users.
2. Never wear anything that restricts your view or the safe operation of the electric scooter
or that could become entangled in the moving parts of the electric scooter.
3. Never hold on to another vehicle while driving.
4. The electric scooter may not be driven by a physically or mentally disabled person.
5. The electric scooter must not be driven by a person suffering from impaired vision,
hearing or coordination.
6. It is forbidden to use headphones or a mobile phone while driving an electric scooter.
These devices cause a lack of perception of traffic sounds, warning horn sounds, distract the
driver, and headphones can become entangled in moving parts of the electric scooter, which
can cause loss of control of the vehicle.
7. It is forbidden to transport more than 5 kg of cargo in the cargo area.
8. The electric scooter is equipped with a speed limiter and its maximum speed is 45 km/h.
9. It is forbidden to ride barefoot, in sandals, open shoes, high-heeled shoes or open-heeled
shoes.
10. An electric scooter may not be driven by a person under the influence of alcohol or drugs
that could affect their ability to operate a motor vehicle.
11. When driving the vehicle, the driver must have both hands on the handlebars.
12. When driving the vehicle, the driver must sit on the seat.
13. Jumping on ramps, crossing curbs or other objects or attempting stunts on the electric

road traffic rules.
The driver of the electric scooter must not drive it under any circumstances without a
properly fitted helmet.
THE ELECTRIC SCOOTER MUST NOT BE USED:
1. on any sidewalks or pedestrian areas
2. on uneven, rough or unpaved surfaces
3. in the dark without the light on
4. on sand or gravel surfaces
5. a person weighing more than 150 kg
