Complaint procedure
- Claim your electric scooter or battery at your dealer or at the dealer's contracted repair
shops.
- When making a claim, present proof of purchase and state the reason for the claim and a
description of the defect
Warranty period
- 24 months on the frame and components of the electric scooter - covers manufacturing
defects and defects
- of material other than normal wear and tear from use.
- 12 months for battery life - the battery capacity will not drop below 60% of the total capacity
within 12 months from the sale of the electric scooter. The warranty does not cover capacity
degradation caused by normal use.
- The warranty period is extended by the time during which the electric scooter was under
warranty repair.
Warranty conditions
- The electric scooter must be used exclusively for the purpose for which it was
manufactured.
- The electric scooter must be used, stored and maintained according to this user
manual.
- The warranty applies only to the first owner.
The warranty claim expires
