售後服務標籤位處於機背及機門之後。您可根據標籤上的洗衣機型號及編號，在與維修中心聯系時更方便快捷。

Restart the programme to check whether the problem has been solved;

If this is not the case, contact an authorized Technical Assistance Centre using the telephone number provided on the guarantee

certificate.
! If the machine has been installed or used incorrectly, you may be charged for the maintenance callout service.
! Always request the assistance of authorized technicians.
Have the following information ready:
the type of problem;

the appliance model (Mod.);

the serial number (S/N).

This information can be found on the appliance data plate situated on the rear of the washing machine.
