Assembly
Remove and DISCARD the 2 screws from the metal frame, as

shown in figure 1A. DO NOT USE THESE SCREWS TO
ASSEMBLE THE FOLDING TABLET. ONLY USE THE
SCREWS SUPPLIED WITH THE FOLDING TABLET.

Align the 4 holes on the bottom bracket of the tablet with the 4
holes on the bottom of the seat, as shown in figure 1.
3. Clip the inside of the plastic arm with the metal clip on the tablet,
as shown in figures 1 and 2.
4. Loosely attach the tablet to the seat using 4 of the supplied
screws, as shown in figure 3.
5. Using the supplied hex key, tighten all 4 screws securely
attaching the tablet to the seat, as shown in figure 4.
CAUTION: FREQUENTLY CHECK SCREWS TO ENSURE THEY
REMAIN TIGHTLY FASTENED.
Note: Chair may not be exactly as shown
DISCARD BOTH SCREWS

Pour modèle OTG13050B
Montage
1. Retirez et JETER les 2 vis du cadre métallique, comme illustré à
la figure 1A. N'UTILISEZ PAS CES VIS POUR MONTER LA
TABLETTE. UTILISEZ UNIQUEMENT LES VIS FOURNIES
AVEC LA TABLETTE.
2. Aligner les 4 trous du support inférieur de la tablette avec les 4
trous sous l'assise du siège, comme illustré à la figure 1.
3. Engager l'intérieur du bras en plastique sous la bride de la
tablette, comme illustré aux figures 1 et 2.
4. Monter la tablette sur l'assise du siège avec 4 des vis fournies
en ne serrant qu'à la main, comme illustré à la figure 3.
5. Serrer ensuite les 4 vis fermement avec la clé hexagonale
fournie, comme illustré à la figure 4.
MISE EN GARDE: VÉRIFIER FRÉQUEMMENT LES VIS POUR
S'ASSURER QU'ELLES RESTENT SERRÉES.
