1 Open the water reservoir lid.
2 Fill the water reservoir with white vinegar (4 % acetic acid) up to the 10-cup
indication.
3 Close the lid of the water container.
4 Grab the tab to open the filter holder.
5 Place a paper filter (type 1x4 or no. 4) in the filter basket and close the filter
basket holder.
