7. Remove the 8 screws, the 16 washers, the 8 nuts
and the top liner cover.
8. Remove the top liner with a crowbar.
9. Remove all remaining silicone from the housing.
10. Use a brass drift and a hammer to remove the blast
wheel blades (A).

11. Push down the blast wheel blades (B).

12. Remove and discard the blast wheel blades (C).
To install the blast wheel blades
1. Remove all 6 blast wheel blades. Refer to
remove the blast wheel blades on page 22 .
2. Clean the blast wheel with pressurized air and a
small dust extractor. Make sure that there is no dust
or dirt in the threads of the center of the blast wheel.
3. Put the blast wheel blades in the blast wheel (A).

4. Slide the blast wheel blades into the slots (B).

5. Install the impeller. Refer to
page 21 .
CAUTION:
Push at the bottom of
the blast wheel blades. There is a risk
that the blast wheel blades break.

To prevent unbalance
in the blast wheel, it is necessary to
replace all 6 blast wheel blades at the
same time.
