Troubleshooting
If you have problems with your Toshiba External
CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive, check the following:
❖
Check the Battery indicator. The indicator color
means,
❖
The cable is properly connected
❖
AC power is supplied to the External CD-RW/
DVD-ROM drive
❖
System being used meets the hardware requirements
needed for the drive (see "System Requirements" on
page 10)
❖
Review whether requirements stated in the
instructions on disk have been followed correctly
Green light: Battery good
Orange light: Battery low
No light: Battery down
Connect the External CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive
to the AC adapter in any case.
