Replace Motor Bearings

Warning! The rotor has
a strong magnetic force
which means it cannot
be lifted by hand from
the motor. Trying to do
this by hand involves
a considerable risk of
crushing injuries.
First see:
Dismantle the Motor (p.
106)
1� Use the foot for the bearing
puller 531 00 48-67 which is
supplemented with threaded rods�
Put two nuts on each threaded
rod which are locked against each
other�
Put the foot of the puller under
the ball bearing� Screw alternately
one turn on each threaded rod�
Make sure that the pieces of wood
are positioned correctly when
lifting off the rotor�
Note! Dismantled rotor� Keep the
rotor away from metal objects that
would otherwise attach with force!
Note that the ball bearings' outer
rings have O-rings�
2� Remove the 2 bearings using
bearing puller 531 00 48-67�
Note! The ball bearings outer
rings have O-rings�
3� Fit the new bearings by pressing
them into place with a socket that
supports the inner ring of the
bearings�
