8. WARRANTY

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Your Baby Monitor set, which includes both the baby unit and
parent unit, is covered by a one-year warranty starting from the
original purchase date. This warranty covers both the camera and
the monitor. We guarantee that your baby monitor will be free of
any defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal
conditions. This warranty does not cover damages caused by the
consumer, such as misuse, abuse, improper handling, or installation,
or repairs attempted by someone other than our authorized
technicians.
During the warranty period, we will repair your camera or monitor
or replace it with the same or a comparable model at no cost, at our
discretion. This warranty applies solely to the original retail buyer
who purchased the product from our authorized dealer. A purchase
receipt, order number, or any other proof of the original purchase
date is necessary to avail of warranty benefits. The warranty for any
replacement product provided under the original warranty will be
valid for the remaining period of the warranty that applies to the
original product.
This warranty only covers failures resulting from materials or
workmanship defects during everyday use. This warranty does not
cover the normal wear and tear of the product.
If you need to return a product under this warranty, please contact
your dealer or our distributor.
