For example, if the H/W suffixes is _a, you can only
download the S/W x.x.x_a.img.
Note: If the H/W suffixes is none, you can download
the S/W
x.x.x_b.img.
(3) Transfer the new firmware to your monitor by
the provided USB cord from the PC.
(4) Menu > Software update > Monitor update.
If you can see the new version firmware, press OK
to update.
(5) After restarting the monitor you can download
the new version firmware of the camera and transfer
the new firmware to your monitor by the provided
USB cord from the PC.
(6) Menu > Software update > Camera update. If
you can see the new version firmware, press OK to
update > select the online camera of old version to
update > press OK to continue
(7) After the camera restarts, all the updating is
finished.
If there are garbled codes on the version of
Software update that means you have used the
incompatible version for the camera and the
monitor. You need to update your firmware
following the steps as before.
If the blurred screen is temporary you do not need to
do anything just keep the camera stable. If the issue
continues you can take the monitor and go near to
the camera.
